Frosted Acrylic Disc with a Built-In Spotlight
The light is made from a metal frame with a frosted acrylic face that softens and diffuses the glow. A 4 W ambient LED lights the wall from behind in a crescent shape, and a 3 W LED spotlight gives focused light for reading. Both shine in a warm white tone. The disc measures 7.5 in (19 cm) in diameter and only 2.6 in (6.5 cm) deep, so it sits close to the wall above a nightstand or along a corridor. The body comes in black, white, orange or green to suit Nordic or postmodern rooms. It is rated for 110โ220 V, which covers standard US household power. The fixture is hardwired, so a qualified electrician should complete the installation. There are no bulbs to replace; clean the acrylic with a soft dry cloth.
